A trip that starts out a 6-month sailing experience from Thailand to Greece changes course and becomes a backpacking trip through India and Southeast Asia. Between the bad decision making of the captain and the poor condition of the boat, the trip was a great disappointment. I then made a good decision to leave the boat in the Maldives and traveled by air and land until my money ran out.
